President's Council
The President's Council is a conduit for alumni in significant corporate, scientific and non-profit leadership positions, to reconnect and engage them in leadership roles as mentors, lecturers, consultants, and sources of internships, in support of Rider's renewal.
On September 20, 2006, Howard Stoeckel, Rider Trustee and CEO of Wawa, Inc., hosted the first meeting of the President's Council. The second meeting of the President's Council took place on February 9, 2007 and was hosted by Rider. Our third meeting was held on May 14, 2008, and was hosted by Donald Monks, Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer, The Bank of New York Mellon, in Manhattan.
As successful alumni, the participants at both meetings brought to the table considerable professional expertise, appreciation of Rider's mission, and a commitment to Rider's renewal and advancement.
