NOVEMBER 8, 1996- RIDER CHOIR TO PRESENT CHRISTMAS SEASON CONCERT

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ -- The Rider Choir will present its annual Christmas season concert on December 8, 1996 at 3 p.m. in the Gill Memorial Chapel on the University's Lawrenceville campus. Admission is free and open to the public.
The choir and selected guest performers will offer a program of classical, religious, and popular holiday music. Among the visiting musicians will be Dr. Don Benedetti from the College of New Jersey playing trumpet and Lawrence High School senior Leah Deni serving as piano accompanist. Also featured on flute will be Rider junior Amy Yacovino of Trenton.
The 35-member choral group, conducted by June Tipton of Rider's fine arts department, is comprised of Lawrenceville campus students.
Rider University's Lawrenceville campus is located five miles south of Princeton and three miles north of Trenton on Route 206 in Lawrence Township. The campus is one-half mile south of exit 7A of Interstate 95.
