On Campus

Two campuses in Lawrenceville and Princeton, New Jersey within easy driving distance of both Philadelphia and New York City.

  • All residence halls equipped with voice, video, and data service. Students can e-mail professors and access Moore Library's Voyager system and the Internet from their rooms.
     
  • 41 buildings, athletic fields, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, and lake reside on the 280-acre Lawrenceville campus. Thirteen buildings are on the 23-acre campus in Princeton.
     
  • Rider is currently investing $16 million in new campus renovation and construction projects. Phase I of Rider’s student-centered Master Plan includes construction of a new Student Recreation Center, a striking campus quadrant featuring both new and renovated residence halls, and select campus landscaping.
     
  • Moore Library contains more than 400,000 volumes, 2,000 microfilm reels, 1,079 periodicals, 639,000 microforms, and an audiovisual collection. Extensive music holdings can be found at the Westminster Choir College Talbott Library.

    • AACSB International International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) – Rider is one of only 482 business schools worldwide to hold this distinction and one of only two New Jersey colleges to hold the additional specialized AACSB International accreditation in accounting.
    • NCATE – Rider is one of only five schools in New Jersey to be accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education.
    • NASM – Westminster Choir College is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.
    • CACREP – Rider’s graduate program in counseling services holds national accreditation from the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs.
    • NASP - The School Psychology Program is one of three in the state of New Jersey to be fully approved by the National Accreditation of School Psychologists.
