DECEMBER 18, 1997- 84 OF RIDER'S BEST ATTEND STUDENT LEADERSHIP SEMINAR

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ -- 84 Rider University students were recently given the opportunity to hone personal leadership skills and traits at the University's annual Student Leadership Seminar, held at the David Sarnoff Center in Princeton, NJ.
The students attended various educational sessions presented by area business leaders and school administrators, including Rider President Bart Luedeke. The topics of discussion included sex-gender issues, critical thinking skills, mediation, leadership and technology, and global issues. Susan Gauff, vice president of human resources and communications for the Sarnoff Corporation, gave the seminar's keynote address.
Students were selected for participation based on their prior and current campus leadership involvement, community activity, leadership goals, and academic success.
In addition to Rider University and Sarnoff, the ARAMARK Corporation of Philadelphia, PA was a co-sponsor of the event.

Rider University is an independent, coeducational, nonsectarian institution with a 353-acre main campus in Lawrenceville, New Jersey and a 23-acre campus in Princeton, New Jersey.
