MARCH 20, 1997- STATE SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE TO SPEAK AT RIDER UNIVERSITY

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ -- The honorable Linda Feinberg, presiding judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Mercer County, will give a presentation on Rider University's Lawrenceville campus Wednesday, April 9, 1997, at 1 p.m. in the College of Business Administration building's auditorium.
The program, titled "Complementary Dispute Resolution: A Judicial Perspective," is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by the Law and Justice Program at Rider.
Judge Feinberg has served on the Superior Court since 1992, and has presided over the court since 1993. She has also been a judge in the West Windsor, Hopewell Township, and Lawrence Township municipal courts, and was Mercer County's assistant county prosecutor from 1975 to 1977 and assistant county counsel from 1980 to 1982.
A tenured faculty member in the Department of Law and Justice at Trenton State College from 1977 to 1991, Judge Feinberg received her B.A. from Rider in 1971. She holds a J.D. conferred by University of Akron School of Law in 1974.
