APRIL 6, 1998- 44 RIDER STUDENTS ATTEND LEADERSHIP SEMINAR AT AMERICAN RE-INSURANCE

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ -- Forty-four Rider University students were given the opportunity to hone leadership skills at the recent day-long Student Leadership Conference, co-hosted by Rider and American Re-Insurance Corporation at their corporate headquarters in Princeton.

The theme of the seminar was "Beyond Rider: What's Next?" The seminar targeted student leaders and provided them with information on how to market their leadership skills from their Rider experience to the work world. Topics included interviewing techniques, resume writing, graduate school opportunities, as well as an alumni panel discussion.

Rider University is an independent, coeducational, nonsectarian institution with a 353-acre main campus in Lawrenceville, New Jersey and a 23-acre campus in Princeton, New Jersey. The University offers 58 undergraduate programs and 17 graduate programs in the Colleges of Business Administration; Liberal Arts, Education, and Sciences; Continuing Studies; and Westminster Choir College.
