| Thanks to a New York City police officer who was willing to take this photo, the second cohort of students from Shanghai Sanda Institute to enroll at Rider University have a group photograph of their first trip to New York City on Sunday, February 5. Here Karen Kehm (first row, left), an MBA student and graduate assistant; Julie Luster (kneeling, center), assistant dean of the College of Business Administration, and the police officer's partner pose with the 17 Sanda students and a Sanda instructor with Times Square in the background. The students visited the World Trade Center, Wall Street, City Hall, Central Park, Trump Tower and Rockefeller Center. They were able to take advantage of New Jersey Transit's Students Rider Free program, which lasted from January 30 to February 5. |
