The first phase of the new Sonny Pittaro Baseball Field, which measures 405 feet to centerfield and 330 feet down each line, is complete and ready for spring competition.  The first phase includes such amenities as an irrigation system, excellent drainage, dugouts, fencing and bullpens.  Fund raising is underway for Phase II, which will include stadium seating, lighting, press box and concession stand with the goal of making this complex the premier baseball    facility in the northeast region.
