Tharyle has been with Rider since the fall of '79. He received his MFA in Design and Technical Theater from Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts.  His unique position at Rider allows him not only to teach all technical theater classes but  to oversee all groups using the Yvonne Theater and to design all the sets.  In addition, he assists with technical direction for Rider's theater productions if a no student is available for the task. He has designed many, many productions prior to and after joining the Rider community. Not only does he design at Rider but is very involved in designing at other venues as well. Some of his favorite productions include: Hair, Dracula, Dreamgirls, Equus, Extremities, The Sound of Music and Into the Woods.
